Pre-Order Policy

We place our orders when Funko sends us notice of a new item. Funko then gives us an estimated shipping date and that date can change at any moment. We can not control when Funko or other suppliers ship to us. It is not us that every delays shipping an item.

You have 7 days from the time of placing your order to cancel and receive a refund. After 7 days we can no longer cancel or refund your order.

You will receive your item as fast as we can get it to you and we will do our best to make sure it arrives in great condition.

We can not control the condition of boxes, however, we will do our best to send you the best quality box.
