By clicking on the PRE-ORDER button you acknowledge that you understand this is a PRE-ORDER item and NOT in stock just yet if the button is PRE-ORDER.

You understand that the EXPECTED release date is right under the PRE-ORDER button in the product description. These dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. This is out of my control. If this is an issue, please do not place an order.

You understand that items will arrive to retailers at different times. Gabe's Collectibles will not get them before or maybe even the same time as big box stores.

In Stock items will ship within 7 working days.

You have 7 days to request a full refund. After that, Gabe's Collectibles can offer you a store credit. We do this because we are too small of a store to order items for people and then have them cancel the order once they see it on Amazon or elsewhere.
